Jorgensen Visions (JV) was started in 2005 by me, Jamie Jorgensen. Somewhat of an idealist, I have always wanted to help those less fortunate and make the world a better place. Therefore, the goal of JV is to assist small businesses and non-profits with their web development needs without breaking their budgets.

I have been using computers and surfing the internet most of my life and fell in love with web design & development at my first 'real' job. That first job was as a Marketing and Public Relations Associate with Chicago Opera Theater (COT). In this non-profit environment, I was able to take on a number of responsibilities, one of which was the upkeep of their website. With no experience in the field, I jumped headfirst into the task of managing and updating the COT website, teaching myself the ropes of Dreamweaver and HTML. Twelve months later, I decided to make web design my career and signed up for classes with Sessions.edu. In March 2007, I received a certificate in web design in addition to the knowledge and understanding that will allow me to create your website, whether it be a simple personal one or a complex business site.

With a college background in journalism, marketing and public relations, I also have excellent writing and communications skills. I will work to secure an excellent relationship with you and your company and ensure that goals are set, attained and surpassed. Whether you are an internet 'newbie' or a web guru, I will be happy to take on your project and guide you through the web design process.
